Executive coaching is an interactive process that is designed to help individuals to develop rapidly. It is usually work-related and focused on maximising performance. My Executive Coaching program focus on Executives’ total needs, both organisational and personal. I do find that giving attention to personal goals is a major contributor to the achievement of professional goals.
